The program includes formal assessments and follow-ups with a dietitian/Health Fitness Specialist, food diary reviews, nutrition education, and personalized training sessions. Programs are tailored to address underlying conditions such as obesity, diabetes, skin diseases, and coronary heart disease. Specialized programs are available for brides, teens, seniors, and post-partum individuals.
In combination with dietary plans and nutritional guidance, we offer one-to-one personal training sessions by our health fitness specialist. Sessions include a variety of exercising including – variations in warm-up, upper and lower body exercises, toning exercises for abs, arms, lower body and face, relaxation techniques and exercises to restore body symmetry, balance, posture and flexibility.
